Brooke is a powerhouse when it comes to scaling brands with a deep and diverse background – from pet food, fashion retail and the fast-paced world of FMCG she covered a lot of bases. the formats have been GTM startups, scaling into USA and Asia, to multi million dollar retail expansions.

The common element - bringing together great people to deliver results with a strong product and brand story. The CEO crew was born quite naturally as she pulled in “friends” that she trusted from past roles, to deliver great projects that presented themselves.

With a solid seven-year tenure at lululemon, she navigated from running stores to overseeing operations and managing retail stores worth over $100 million. As General Manager at TOM Co, she spearheaded expansions into period underwear, international growth, and the execution of a highly successful sale.

She has supported purpose and impact brands on the board, or as a project leader and has a knack for nurturing small startups from inception to market success. Brooke's expertise traverses both corporate giants and entrepreneurial ventures, consumer products from perfume to nappies or pet food. Exceptional product development backing, and a commitment to a building a brand story and customer engagement across any channel is critical to the projects growth.
