    Our crew have worked with the big brands, scaling them from the start, building community, team and making stuff happen. Brooke played as head of AUS/NZ for luluemon, Sarah J was a financial controller at Shell, Erin the CMO at Bacardi - you get the idea. We’ve done lot’s of big and know what it takes to get there. Our heartland is in scaling the SME’s to a place where they are sustainable and delivery great impact and results.

    Together we have scaled brands to exit, so we know what it takes to get money together, launch new products, expand into new categories and find new ways to grow with little resources. We’ve made mistakes, found solutions and done the work ourselves. Some of the team scaled TOMCo to a successful sale, others raised finds to get into new markets or channels.

    We have taken brands from an idea to making money. Dr Chris brown’s “Drool” pet brand started as an idea and turned into a $3M business, across multiple channels in 2 years . This was achieved with set of projects, some flexible resources and some strong expertise in leadership. Driving strategy and setting up barcodes, whilst finalising pitch decks is the balance of the vision and the grunt needed at get something off the ground right.

    For brands like Orb oils, we’ve developed new market entry strategies, set commercials and budgets and found the right partners to scale. From setting up 3PL’s, to pitching into retail and online channels.

    Out heartland is working alongside brands with purpose. With experience raising over 20M annually with the cotton on foundation, the set up of B Corp certifications and building sustainability plans through manufacturing - we’re all about doing good. The messaging, the give back strategy and the pilers to run a sustainable business that impacts people and the planet in the right way.

  • ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION AND GROWTH

    Setting up a subscription model for bathroom products (Tom organic), to supporting a strong digital dashboard to maximise ad spend (Drool), we are practical in our tools and project work to get result through your current team or in isolation. For Tigmi we took on a project to support a new collective launch which meant review of the online customer experience, build of reports and goals, and project planning for the internal team.
