This mighty fragrance oil brand is smashing results in Australia, and it was time for the team to expand stateside. They had interest, and a strong brand position and product with proven results in DTC AUS. They need commercial rigor, introductions to warehousing, sales agency, pricing support and someone to be an ear for the manufacturing agreements and decisions around trade finance. We’re like a nimble COO crew for this already very strong brand, with a close eye on product development to help them scale.

RANGER THE OUTDOOR PEOPLE - SALES AND PRODUCT PLANNING

This Torquay based, and locally founded apparel brand wants to do workwear different. With aspirations to grow into wholesale and retail, we’ve helped build a small team, supported and set up digital agency growth, and are building suppliers and product range assortment. We are like a mini GM, overseeing budget, product planning and letting the community and sales team do what they do best. We’ve setting up events, helping set up book keeping, and generally helping them thrive.

TIGMI TRADING - STRATEGY AND ONLINE GROWTH

This Iconic furniture brand has it’s eyes set on expanding into new categories and finding new customers. A large launch focusing on its core “Rugs”, we’ve supported with projects to help build an online dashboard, look at the right digital investment and helping to manage and grow the sales engine. In small projects across a period of 2 years, the support has mixed workshops, strategy sessions and hiring a project manager to drive a short online launch project.
